Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer! Salagadoola mechicka boola, isn't coming to
Walt Disney World Resort with little ones the best? Everything seems more magical from their vantage point. My son was all about the villains when he was a toddler, so I never got to experience the sparkle and glitter of
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I know you and your little one will love every second of that
Enchanting Extra.
Jennifer, as you know, children under three do not need a
Theme Park Ticket to enjoy the parks. And much like Peter Pan, children don't technically "age up" while they're at Walt Disney World. So as far as eating for free from any buffet meals your family enjoys, for example, your daughter would be considered under three for your entire visit.
With that being said, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a bit unique. That experience requires children to be at least three years old to participate, so your daughter is caught between a pumpkin and a carriage! I reached out to a friendly Cast Member to ensure we give you an accurate answer, and here is what she said.
As long as you purchased your Theme Park Tickets and started your actual vacation when your daughter was two years old, then that is the age that she will be considered for the duration of your visit. The boutique doesn't typically ask if children have Theme Park Tickets, so she should be fine without one. However, they might ask for proof that she is three since that's the minimum age to participate, so the Cast Member advised taking a photo of her birth certificate just in case. Also, be sure all ticketed party members have
Theme Park Reservations for
Magic Kingdom Park on the day of your little Cinderella's appointment. I know you don't want to hit any snags, like losing a glass slipper, on her big day!
Jennifer, I wish I could see your little princess in all her glowing finery on her birthday after her visit to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Like Fairy Godmother says, "It'll do magic, believe it or not!" I'm sure this visit will hold memories your family will treasure forever. Please stop by planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
