Hi. My daughter just turned 10. We have the disney dining plan to use when we are in Disney in July. She likes to eat off the kids menu. Will she be able to? Thanks!

    Hi Traci!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I'm so excited to hEAR you have purchased the Disney Dining Plan for your Walt Disney World vacation in July!

You are going to love being able to dine around the "World" with the 2019 Disney Dining Plan.  As a mom of two picky eaters, I certainly understand your concern.  I have always found the servers at Table-Service restaurants to be very accommodating in trying to ensure Guests have a magical dining experience. Although it is up to the discretion of each dining location, my preteens and teenagers have always been able to order a kids' menu item when they have asked. You may also want to ask if your daughter can order an adult-sized portion of a kids' menu item. If your daughter does not see anything she will eat on the adult menu, I would not hesitate to ask your server if she can order from the children's menu.

You're in for a real treat this summer as there are "minnie" exciting new and limited-time experiences coming to Walt Disney World Resort in 2019.  You've picked a great year to visit!

I hope this information is helpful. Traci!  Please stop by again if you have any new questions or would like dining recommendations. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!

    Bon Appétit,
    Jodie
