My daughter will turn 3 in the MIDDLE of our WDW trip. I know with a regular ticket package she would basically be considered age 2 for the length of the trip, but we have annual passes. Will we be required to buy tickets for her mid-trip?

    Hi Nicole,

A birthday at the Walt Disney World Resorts are super magical! I love celebrating birthdays here.

Consider this a birthday gift from Disney. If your daughter starts the trip as a two year old but finish it as a three year old, there is no need to purchase a ticket. The same would happen if you visited when she was turning 10 and going from a child to an adult ticket.

This goes for a regular ticket or annual pass.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
