    My daughter will turn 13 while we are at Disney this September. My ? is: Her favorite restaurant is Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios. Is this a good restaurant for a birthday celebration?

    How fun to be celebrating your daughter's birthday at Disney World. We absolutely love Mama Melrose at Hollywood Studios. The food is delicious, have you tried their yummy flatbreads, and the atmosphere is very upbeat and lively. With its open kitchen and large eating area, there is always something going on at this restaraunt.



    We recently celebrated my grandmother's birthday there and she loved it. The waitress had the whole dining area joining in a lovely round of Happy Birthday and it was the perfect way to celebrate her big day. Don't forget you can order a cake to help celebrate this big day. You can order speciality cakes in advance by calling 407-827-2253, or you can order a small round vanilla or chocolate cake at the hostess stand when you arrive.
