Ahoy there, Julie!
Welcome aboard planDisney! With your sailing just around the riverbend, I bet the excitement is starting to feel as real as hearing that first blast of the ship's horn on embarkation day!
It looks like you were able to complete your Online Check-In and now you're
planning those key details for when you arrive at the cruise terminal. You must be a seasoned cruiser too because it looks like you already know that even though the other stateroom has an earlier Port Arrival Time, you still have to wait for your stateroom's Port Arrival Time and boarding group to be called before the magic can begin.
Since your daughter won't be arriving with her aunt, she'll just need to have access to her own
Port Arrival Form with the QR code when she arrives at the terminal with your crew. A printed copy works great, but a digital copy on a phone is equally pixie-dusted and perfectly acceptable. Once she checks in with your stateroom party, she'll be all set to begin her voyage toward the magic.
One other thing worth mentioning: don't let that "pending" status during Online Check-In send you into a panic worthy of Captain Hook spotting the crocodile. My family and I have sailed several times recently, and on more than one occasion our check-in remained pending until just a day or two before embarkation. I've also chatted with plenty of fellow Guests who experienced the same thing. It's completely normal, so as hard as it can be, try not to let it steal any of your pre-cruise excitement.
I hope this helps, Julie! As you count down the final days, may your suitcase zip easily, your boarding group be called quickly, and your excitement grow faster than Stitch finding new ways to cause a little chaos. If any other questions float your way before embarkation day, we're always happy to help!
Sea ya real soon as the days grow longer and the countdowns grow shorter,
Dustin
