    My daughter shares her birthday with Mickey on November 18th, and this year we're planning to celebrate at Walt Disney World. Are there special events for Mickey's birthday that we could attend?

    How wonderful that your daughter's birthday is the same as Mickey Mouse! 

    Disney has not yet announced any special events for Mickey Mouse's birthday this year, but last year the Disney Parks Blog wrote about the special birthday events coming to all Disney Parks. At Walt Disney World, there was  a special birthday-themed edition of the Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party and Commemorative “Happy Birthday, Mickey!” buttons. 

    Definitely keep an eye out on the Disney Parks Blog for more information on this special day coming soon.

    Disney Parks Moms Panel Tip: Make sure to notate that you are celebrating your daughter's birthday on your reservation when you book it. Also, note your daughter's birthday on your Advanced Dining Reservation and she may even receive a special treat, such as a cupcake, after your meal.
