My daughter is 2 right now but will be 3 by the time we go on our trip. Do we purchase a ticket for her or not? Also can she just eat off our plate if we do a dining option. She eats like a bird. Thanks

Hi Danna! You must be so excited to be taking your little daughter to Disney World soon! You're going to have such fun!

Children age 3 and up do require park tickets at Disney World. Since your daughter will be 3 at the time of your visit, she will require a ticket to enter the parks. If you decide to purchase the Disney Dining Plan, you must purchase it for everyone in your party, which means your 3-year-old would have the children's Dining Plan. I think you'll find, however, that the price of the child's Dining Plan is quite affordable. (It's much less than the cost of a character meal so it can really pay for itself!) At table-service or quick-service restaurants, the Dining Plan would enable your daughter to order her own meal from the kids' menus, which have lots of child-friendly foods.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! Hope you have a magical vacation!
