Heigh-Ho Aida,
Welcome to
planDisney, we, just like you are an Eclectic Group of Disney Guests consisting of all ages, experiences and types of Disney fans who represent many walks of life. And we are here to help guide you through your planning questions and curiouser and curiouser inquiries.
Guests, with complimentary Walt Disney World tickets, will need to either visit
Guest Relations if they live in the area of Walt Disney World, speak to a Cast Member or email. If you live nearby visiting Guest Relations, at
Disney Springs, will be the quickest means of resolving your question. Your next option is calling (407) 566-4985 and speaking to a Cast Member. Cast Members are currently dealing with high call volumes and wait times have been quite lengthy. Phone line hours typically begin around 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time, so I recommend rising and shining, pouring some coffee, and grabbing a book or an early morning TV show to watch as you wait. Cast Members are ready to help you after assisting other Guests. And finally, email. This will take a little longer but is just as efficient in resolving your Walt Disney World complimentary ticket inquiry.
I have provided a link. When filling out the form, under subject select Existing Ticket Inquiries, and provide the 12-digit ticket ID numbers found on your tickets in the body of your email. Again, this will take a little longer but will provide you with answers.
I hope you have found this information helpful and continue to visit us as your move forward in planning your Walt Disney World vacation. Stay up to date by following the

Have a Practically Perfect Day,
