A very merry unbirthday to you, Jessica!
I'm so glad you followed the White Rabbit through Wonderland and found your way here to planDisney today. We're all mad for Disney here, and it seems like you must be too. Welcome!
Your daughter and I are kindred spirits in this regard, Jessica. I, too, loved to watch fireworks as a child but had to cover my ears and duck behind my mom because of the accompanying noise. I don’t want your little Mouseketeer to miss out on the magic of
Disney Enchantment, so I’ve put together a list of places that may offer some refuge from the resounding “BOOMS” of the fireworks. Keep in mind that should you choose one of these options, you may not have an unobstructed view of the show, but you will still be able to see a good portion of the action.
- Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café: This Quick-Service Dining location has abundant seating throughout with some window seats that look out on Cinderella Castle.
- Pinocchio Village Haus: This Quick-Service Dining location in Fantasyland has a second story seating area with big windows. You likely won’t be able to see Cinderella Castle, but you will have a great view of the fireworks.
- Casey’s Corner: This Main Street, U.S.A. staple has a small indoor seating area that looks out on Cinderella Castle.
- You could always book a reservation at The Crystal Palace or The Plaza Restaurant close to Disney Enchantment’s showtime and request to be seated at one of the windows that looks out to Cinderella Castle, though your seating preference is not a guarantee
- If you stand down by the train station on Main Street, U.S.A., you will have a full view of Cinderella Castle and the fireworks but be far enough away that the sound of the fireworks won’t be quite as loud.
Jessica, I hope this helps. If you find yourself curiouser and curiouser about all the exciting new offerings at Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to follow planDisney on
Instagram and the
planDisney Podcast. Feel free to step back through the planDisney looking glass again if more questions arise before your trip!
Keep painting the roses red,
Alyssa
