Hi, Jane! Memory Maker is such a magical addition to your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I am glad all of you included it! Your daughter is welcome to share the Memory Maker purchase with all of you, but there are just a few things you will all need to do to make sure all of the pictures are captured.
She will first need to add everyone in the group to her
Family & Friends List within her My Disney Experience account. If any of you also have a My Disney Experience account, then the system will cue her to connect via email address. An email will then go out to each person to approve the link between accounts. Each of those people will want to go into their own Family & Friends Lists and open your daughter's profile found there. There will be a box to check that allows for sharing of Disney PhotoPass pictures. This will ensure that their photos will show up in her Memory Maker. To link pictures, have the Disney PhotoPass photographer scan your MagicBand or Disney Theme Park Ticket. If you prefer, they can provide you with a Disney PhotoPass card that can be
linked to your account later. One thing to note - sometimes it is hard to get children's accounts to link between other accounts, so I find it best to scan one of the adult's MagicBands to make sure the pictures will be saved.
While you are welcome to share the product, only your daughter will be able to download the pictures as the owner of the account. I usually download all of them, upload them to a photo sharing website, and pass on the link to the album to my family. This allows them to look at all the pictures and download the ones they would like to keep.
I hope this helps you get Memory Maker set up for your trip! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
