Hi, my daughter has a nut allergy and I am wondering if any of the bakeries in the Disney World parks or Disney Springs offer nut free products (that do not “may contain” nuts)? Thank you for any information you can provide.

    Hi Sheila,

My daughter has a shellfish allergy and my nephew is allergic to multiple food allergies and both do not worry about dining at Walt Disney World. They know the cast members will take care of them and their dietary restrictions.

Because the selection of food items changes, your best bet is to reach out to the cast members with Special Diets. These cast members have access to the latest list of ingredients used in food on property as some of the items are seasonal. You can email them up to 14 days prior to your trip to ensure a response. You can ask them that question and more. Their email is Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.

In addition, you should note your daughter's allergy on your dining reservations. The chef may even make her a special dessert.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
