MagicBand+ on Friends; Main Street; pairing

    My daughter got a new magic band and I want to use her old one while we are at Disney. How do I do that?

    Welcome to planDisney, Tara! I'm so happy to see that you're busy planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

    MagicBands can be used by the same person any time a valid theme park ticket is linked to them, but bands that have been previously used cannot be reassigned to another person.

    Before your visit, you may also purchase new MagicBand online. You can even find special themed bands at your Disney hotel gift shop or at theme parks during your adventures! You will love all the different styles!

    Your daughter will be able to use her older band and her new one, so be sure to take it along. It's always nice to have options!
