I want to take my daughter (3), mom and brother to Disney Sept 17. DD wants a pool with a slide but deluxe rooms are difficult due to sleeping arrangements (we need 3 beds). Are there any options close to MK or elsewhere to keep DD happy?

    Dear Lori,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're glad to have you back!

My family loves to stay at the Deluxe resort hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort because of the amazing pools, amenities, and proximity to the theme parks. I can let you know that many of the Deluxe hotels have three beds that might work for your family's needs.

We are a family of five, so we usually have two people in each of the queen size beds and then one person gets the fold-down bed. In these rooms, the fold-down bed is definitely not an afterthought. It's a very comfortable twin-size bed with a real mattress and its own light. My oldest son (5'7" tall) is always very happy to have his own space, and I'm sure that it would be more than comfortable for your daughter or brother also.

If you still don't think that the Deluxe room is going to work for you, you might consider a family suite at one of the suite hotels (such as Disney's Art of Animation Resort), or an even larger space such as a suite at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
