    My daughter loves animals, do you recommend staying at Animal Kingdom? Are there any activities she can do to see and spend time with the animals?

    Animal Kingdom is an excellent resort, especially for animal lovers! There are over 30 species of wildlife, all in beautiful, natural surroundings. You will be able to see birds, giraffe, zebras and more. Three savannas are located at the resort and there are different animals on each savannah. There are viewing points throughout the resort. One of the best is the landscaped rock area called Arusha Rock kopje, which is available 24 hours a day. It's really great if you can get a room The savannas are lit up at night so you can see the animals day and night. There are also rooms with a view of the savannah, which is really great!

    There are also lots of special activities for kids at AKL. Check the schedule when you check into thre resort to see which activities, times and locations are going on while you're there.

    Some of the activities include feeding flamingos, animal tracking at Arusha Rock, wildlife games, animal viewing with Night Vision  and more. The kids club at AKL also offers lots of animal themed activities, including ostric egg paining and lunch while overlooking the savvanah.

    If you stay at the concierge level room, you can also enjoy the Sunrise Safari, which is a special early morning safari where you can see the animals when they are most active.
