    My daughter that lives with me is doing our planning for our November 5-12 visit. Unfortunately, the incorrect email was on my acct. If has been updated. I did not receive my invite because of that. Please advise how I can receive the invite.

    It sounds like you'll be traveling to The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of year! I love visiting in November when the temperatures are cooler and there's a whisper of the holidays in the air. Don't forget to pack your favorite seasonal sweaters if you plan on purchasing tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and get ready to sample all of the delicious offerings during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival!

    I love hearing that your daughter has been involved in planning your magical vacation. But oh, bother! I'm sorry to hear that the incorrect email address was linked to your account. I have a few next steps you can take to make sure your plans are practically perfect in every way!

    • The first step will involve the help of your daughter since she's the one primarily making the plans. Have her log into her account online. Then, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Family & Friends. Here, there should be a list of Guests connected to her account, including the Guests in this upcoming travel party (including you!). Have her locate your name on this list. If the words, "Plans managed by me" are listed next to your name, have her click "Update," then "Share Planning with..." She can enter your correct email address and send you an invite, then you can accept the invite on your end!
    • If you've tried the above steps and are still unable to view and co-manage your plans, my next best piece of advice would be to call a Cast Member. A little like real-life fairy godparents, they help to make sure that everything looks good to go on your reservations before you arrive! When you call, have your reservation number handy as well as your correct email address so they can locate and update your reservation efficiently.
