My daughter Lexi, who is six, wants to see a Kiwi. Are there any Kiwis at Walt Disney World animal Kingdom? I'm talking about the flightless bird, not the fruit. Thanks.

I've been doing some research on this one and I'm sorry to tell Lexi, that I haven't been able to find a kiwi bird at Walt Disney World.

It might be a great experience for you to find an animal keeper or naturalist at the Animal Kingdom for Lexi to meet. These folks are often available at Conservation Station. You could engage them in conversation about birds and perhaps find out why the Animal Kingdom does not keep them. This could be a wonderful educational experience.

    Good luck!
