Hi, my daughter is lactose intolerant and she normally eats cereal with almond or soy milk. We are staying at Pop Century, would the food court have anything without lactose?

Hi, Sharon! Yes! Walt Disney World Restaurants (including the Resorts) wonderfully accommodate special diets.  Soy milk is available for sale at the Disney resorts and at many locations in the parks as well.   When making your Advanced Dining Reservations, let them know about your daughter's diet.  They will note it in the reservation.  Then, if they don't mention it first, remind your server when you arrive.  The chef will come out to discuss different meal options with you.  At quick service restaurants you can ask for the ingredients book.  Each restaurant has one available.  The staff is trained to help, and they will try everything possible to accommodate their Guests.  Here's a link of further information on how to handle special dietary needs. Check out the GlutenandDairyFree website to read about the best places to find lactose-free solutions while at Walt Disney World.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
