My daughter, husband +3 children are visiting from Massachusetts. My husband and I are Florida residents + want to purchase their tickets. Will there be any problems. We will also be purchasing for ourself to be with them.

Hi, Linda! You and your husband are so thoughtful to want to purchase tickets for your family so that you call can enjoy a wonderful family experience at Walt Disney World. It can be a great way to make some incredible memories for all of you.

As Florida residents, you may be able to take advantage of some special Florida resident ticket offers, such as the Discover Disney pass now being offered. In order for adults to use these specially discounted passes, they will have to show proof of Florida residency. Adults who are unable to provide proof of Florida residency can purchase regularly priced theme park passes online or at any of the ticket windows.

Children are not under any obligation to show proof of residency. Of course, there is no expectation that children will have any identification, so there is no way to prove or disprove they are Florida residents.

Wishing you the most magical, memorable at Walt Disney World!
