Can our daughter go to DisneyWorld and stay at our Dvc resort without us?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, David! Thank you for stopping by with a question about your Disney Vacation Club membership. It sounds like you are looking to share some of your membership magic with your daughter, what a lucky girl! There are a few options that will allow your daughter to use your vacation points for a Walt Disney World vacation on her own, as long as she is at least 18 years of age. The first option would be to have your daughter listed as an “Associate” under your membership, making it possible for her to bank, borrow, and make reservations using your vacation points. Another option would be to book the vacation reservation on your daughter’s behalf, listing her as a “Guest” on the reservation. Whichever option you choose, a Cast Member from Member Services will happily assist you with taking the necessary steps to book the resort stay with your Disney Vacation Club vacation points. You can reach them at (800) 800-9800 Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time.

I hope that your daughter has a wonderful stay in The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more questions about your Disney Vacation Club Membership or upcoming vacations.
