Hi Richard, welcome to planDisney!
Many dining locations at Walt Disney World can accommodate various allergy requests. If you have already downloaded the My Disney Experience app, you can view the menus of most restaurants, which include any allergy-friendly options available. In my experience, allergy-friendly menus are listed for eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.
Although specific allergy-friendly menus aren’t always listed for less common allergies, Walt Disney World table service and quick service will do their best to accommodate you. The Special Dietary Requests page on the Walt Disney World site specifically lists allergies like gluten, lactose, corn, citrus, nightshades, and MSG.
Since you’ve listed four specific allergies for your daughter, I strongly recommend
contacting the Special Diets team at Walt Disney World. You can e-mail them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com, no sooner than 14 days before your arrival. The team will help you find the best dining options that meet your family’s needs. It’s also a good idea to
remind the Cast Members of the allergies when you check in to any dining reservations, or when ordering at table service or quick service restaurants. You can also
ask to speak to a chef or special diets-trained Cast Member before placing your order. This may add some time to your dining experience as you wait to speak to a Cast Member, but it is helpful to know you can speak to someone about the allergy-friendly options if you make any spontaneous dining decisions during your visit.
Richard, now is the best time to e-mail the Special Diets team to determine the best dining options for your family’s vacation.
planDisney is here to help answer any future questions you have!
