Hiya, Lakisha! As a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder, I'd like to say welcome to planDisney AND the passholder family. Your daughter will love the
perks and benefits of her pass, so let's look at how she can activate hers on her upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort visit.
Since you're from Florida, I'm assuming your pass is one of the resident-only passes. I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who said that if you completed the online residency verification during checkout, you should be able to set up
Disney MagicMobile service on your daughter's phone. This will act as her theme park ticket, Disney Resort Hotel key, and more. She can go straight to the scan point at any park entrance and head on in to enjoy the magic!
If you did not submit your residency information online, your daughter won't be able to activate her annual pass without an adult in her household present.
Valid proof of residency, address, and proof of purchase must be presented to Guest Services to activate her pass. Since I don't know your account details, I recommend you call the
Annual Passholders line for their recommendations.
Another option, if you live nearby, is to stop by the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs before her visit. You can bring along your proof of residency to activate your little princess' pass before she visits a theme park. But if that's not possible, you could always purchase
standard theme park tickets for this trip and activate her pass later. Annual Passes can be activated up to 18 months after purchase, and their one-year use window will begin once the pass is used.
Lakisha, I'm sending pixie dust and wishing on a star that your daughter has a magical visit. Please
stop by planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
