Hello there Cameron,
Thanks for sailing by with this question. I'm happy to help!
Both of my children loved their experiences at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disneyland Park a few years ago, so I can understand why your little princess would want to dress in her best royal attire during your upcoming sailing. I recently
answered a similar inquiry from another guest but when I reached out to a Cast Member to confirm that this information was still accurate, I received a slightly different answer than I did on my initial research.
According to the
Disney Cruise Line Cast Member I spoke with today, guests will likely need a reservation at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in order to purchase the merchandise available there. However, they let me know that it's ultimately up to Cast Member's discretion, so it doesn't hurt to stop by and ask once you're aboard the ship.
I do want to let you know that a variety of princess gowns should also be available at some of the other
merchandise locations on your ship. so I'm hopeful your little princess will find something to suit her style even if you can't purchase directly from the boutique. Keep in mind the shops will be closed while the ship is docked.
I'm not sure which of the fleet's beautiful ships you'll be sailing on this October, but I'm confident you are in for a most magical voyage. Be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App before embarkation day to enjoy an adorable character countdown leading up to your sailing. Once aboard, you'll use the app to find your
rotational dining assignment, keep up with the array of activities happening each day of your cruise, and can even use it to chat with other members of your travel party. It's an invaluable tool!
Cameron, if you have any additional questions please sail right on back and "sea" us again. Were always all hands on deck at planDisney!
Bon voyage,
Amy
