I'm totally envious Patty! Characters in Flight is the newest attraction at Downtown Disney and looks awesome! Guests enjoy a tethered balloon ride, soaring 400 feet over Downtown Disney. I've read several blogs and comments about it, and all have given rave reviews! Your question about riding during the day or night is a tough one, and boils down to personal preference. For me personally, I love seeing the lights of the theme parks at night, so I'd opt for a night time ride. What I do know for sure is it will be an incredible view whichever you choose.
