    My daughter is going to a cheer competition in March. We need to purchase the hotel/park tickets through the vendor hosting the competition and won't have tickets in hand until the day we arrive. I want to purchase memory maker in advance. Possible?

How excited you must be to cheer on your favorite Mouseketeer while at Walt Disney World Resort! My cousin participated in one of the cheer competitions last year and it was an amazing experience for her. Please wish her luck for us and I hope she has a magical week!

    Allison, you can actually go ahead and purchase Memory Maker at any time in advance of your trip. No worries about not yet receiving your Disney Theme Park Tickets, as ticket purchase is not required to purchase Memory Maker. You only want to make sure that you purchase Memory Maker at least three days before you take your first Disney PhotoPass picture if you want to take advantage of the advance purchase discount. Once you purchase it, the product will be stored in your My Disney Experience account until you decide to activate it. Activation is done by simply downloading one of your photos or videos and from that point, you have 30 days to complete all downloads.
