    My daughter has Celiac disease so she has dietary restrictions. Do you know if there are any callouts on menus at certain restaurants?

    Hi Lynn!

    Walt Disney World (WDW) accommodates a wide range of special dietary restrictions including Celiac disease. I have a few recommendations for you:

    1. Email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com prior to your vacation to inform Disney of your dietary needs and and you may also ask them for a list of restaurants that provide gluten-free options


    2. When you make your Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) make a notation your son's dietary restrictions on the reservation. 

    3. When you arrive at the restaurant, ask to speak with the Chef or inform your server of your son's dietary restrictions. Disney is extremely good at ensuring that the meal will meet the guests needs.
