My daughter can't eat sodium. We're staying in a house OUTSIDE WDW, so we're having lunch in RESTAURANTS inside. Are there restaurants in the different parks which can provide us with special foods for her? Or all of them offer this possibility?

Hi Alejandra! Walt Disney World works very hard to accommodate guests with special dietary needs and restrictions. I can't count how many times I have been dining in a Disney restaurant and have seen the chefs come out to speak with a guests and explain how food is prepared or which items on the menu or buffet would meet their needs.

You should always mention your special dining requirements when making your reservations and again to your server when you arrive at the restaurant.  Also, Disney has a department dedicated to assisting guests with special dietary needs -- email them at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com well in advance of your trip, and they'll do their best to accommodate you.

    Have a wonderful time!
