My daughter built a BB model droid and we were told there would be a QR code to scan for more activities to do with droid at home, including teaching it how to dance. We can’t find a QR code on any of the paperwork that came with the droid. Please advise.

Bright Suns, Melanie! I'm so glad you brought this question to us at planDisney. Thankfully, Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope! I would love to help your little friend get his galactic groove on.

It sounds like you've recently returned to your home planet from a galaxy far, far away! One of my favorite places to visit in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is Droid Depot. I love seeing the conveyor belt roll by with all of the parts and chips for making your very own droid. And it's quite a coincidence that I got your question today because I just received a transmission from your droid telling me about his desire to dance!

Melanie, I'm happy to let you know that you're able to program your BB unit to pilot around your home and even jam out to tunes made by DJ R3X from Oga's Cantina, and it's easier than a Jedi mind trick! All you have to do is download the free Droid Depot app through the App Store or Google Play. You'll be able to sync this app with your Droid Depot astromech unit, bringing your little friend to life in brand new ways. Not only that, but you'll also be able to have fun creating digital droids and building a whole virtual collection!

I hope you have a blast programming your droid to roll around your home with style! And if you figure out a way for your droid to locate Chewie, please send a transmission back to us to let us know. He took off on my ship again in search of some porgs.

May the Force be with you, Melanie!
