Can my daughter bring her light saber into the park?

    Hi there, Brooke!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and I can't wait for your Disneyland Resort vacation.

I sense the Force is strong with your daughter! Your little padawan will be happy to know that lightsabers are allowed inside the parks. You can even find more lightsabers and Star Wars merchandise in Disneyland Park's The Star Trader in Tomorrowland. Just be sure that it is stowed on attractions and when in crowds for the safety of other Guests.

If your daughter is between the ages of 4 and 12 years old and is up for testing her skills at defeating the dark side, you will definitely want to sign up for Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple in Tomorrowland. She will get to perfect her lightsaber skills and use them as she comes face-to-face with either Darth Vader or Kylo Ren. To register your daughter for this unique experience, head with her to the kiosk located near the Star Wars Launch Bay in the morning. Spots fill up quickly, so I advise arriving as early as possible.

I hope this helps, and I can't wait for your out-of-this-world visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. May the Force be with You!
