About Me

Hey y’all! I’m Karmeen, a military veteran wife and mom of one. By day, I’m a cybersecurity analyst in healthcare. By night, I’m a DIY enthusiast, memory maker, and cinematographer.

I love helping others and geeking out over all things tech and Disney, so I’ve truly found my niche in both my career and my role as a panelist. Systems and repeatable processes are my jam! I approach every Disney vacation like I would any of my programs: thoughtfully, efficiently, and built to make magic happen (without the stress). My analytical side helps me identify smart solutions for everything from maximizing Lightning Lane passes to creating flexible itineraries that fit real life, because a well-crafted plan should make the day feel effortless.

Beyond the logistics, I’m guided by heart. Helping others plan their Disney vacations feels like paying forward the joy the parks have given my family. I firmly believe that creativity also keeps that joy alive! I love designing Disney-inspired projects and turning our park adventures into memories we can relive forever.

About My Family

I was born and raised in East St. Louis, IL. Life brought me to Jackson State University (in my father’s hometown), not knowing it would be the place to shape my own fairytale. I met my Prince Charming while he was playing football, and I was a videographer for the team. It felt like the perfect plot twist. My “Happily Ever After” unfolded where my dad’s story began.

My daughter loves being a princess, and I’ve successfully converted my husband into a Disney adult (cue Scar’s laugh). He actually initiated our most recent Disneyland vacation, which tells you everything about how deep the magic runs in our family. We’re the type who wear coordinated outfits (against his wishes), share popcorn during parades, and scream through almost every ride photo.

As a special needs mom, I’ve learned that Disney isn’t just about rides or shows. It’s about creating moments where every Guest feels seen, included, and celebrated. Watching my daughter light up in those moments reminds me why I fell in love with Disney in the first place and why it will always feel like home for us.

About My Disney Experience

My first visit to Disneyland was in 2005, with my aunt, during its 50th Anniversary celebration. While I grew up watching Disney movies and obsessing over Disney Channel, I didn’t return to the parks until 2020, when my husband and I visited Walt Disney World for the first time. Two years later, we experienced Disneyland together, and that trip opened the door to a new season of Disney memories.

Since then, I’ve experienced the parks in ways that celebrate nostalgia, courage, and culture. At Disney Channel Nite, I conquered my fear of dancing in public by learning a full routine at the Phineas and Ferb Dance Party. Through Celebrate Gospel, I experienced Disneyland alongside my extended family. It was my nieces’ first Disneyland visit, and I loved being part of that core memory for them since my aunt was the one who first introduced me to the parks.

Most recently, our adventures took us across the globe to explore Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland. Seeing the magic expressed through different cultures deepened my appreciation for how Disney transcends language and location.

Every park has its own story to tell, and I’m excited to help you create your own chapter during your magical vacation!
