    My daughter just came back from Walt Disney World Resort today, April 6, 2024. She purchased a T-shirt that is a Youth Large. She needs an Adult medium. She only paid attention to the tag saying large. Can I return the shirt via mail for refund?

    Welcome to planDisney! I am so sorry that your daughter arrived home with a shirt that doesn't fit. In the excitement of a Disney World vacation, I have done the same thing. Lucky for us, Disney does have an option for you to reach out for help.

    I recommend calling Merchandise Guest Services at 1-877-560-6477 or emailing them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. They will be able to help you with exchanging your shirt for another size. If you still have the receipt, that will help the process so make sure you hang on to it! Make sure to check out the guidelines for Disney World returns or exchanges before you give them a call. If she used Merchandise Mobile Checkout you should be able to find a digital version of the receipt to help with your exchange.

    I hope she had a wonderful trip. Don't forget to check out the photos from her vacation in the My Disney Experience app before they expire. You can purchase and download any photos in her account and keep them forever to remember her trip!
