my daughter has a Annual Pass. we would like to visit the resort on a day she is blocked. do i need to purchase a full ticket or can i purchase a bonus day since she has a annual pass?

Hello there, Josue. Thanks for visiting planDisney! I am always happy to help Disneyland Magic Key holders with their questions, so I am glad you've stopped by!

Magic Key holders wishing to visit on a blockout day will need to purchase a standard theme park ticket to do so. At the risk of giving away my age, I do remember being able to purchase a bonus day on my Annual Pass under the previous passholder program. Alas, that is no longer available, and to visit on a day your daughter's pass is blocked out, you will need to purchase her a ticket and make a theme park reservation. Also, keep in mind that any parking benefits or discounts associated with her Magic Key are unavailable on blockout days. I hope this helps, Josue!

To make the most of your daughter's magical year, be sure to follow the Disneyland Magic Key Instagram and visit the Magic Portal in the Disneyland App. I always check both before my visit, so that I can see what new offerings might be available. With Halloween Time ending and the Holidays starting soon, there is so much to look forward to. I already spotted snow on Sleeping Beauty Castle last week - perhaps you will see even more festive cheer!

I hope this helps with your planning, Josue. If you've got any other questions, please swing back by. My planDisney panelist friends and I would be happy to help!

    See you in the parks,
    Melissa
