Your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just about 2 weeks away, and I know your group must be getting so excited! I'm glad to hear that you were able to connect with the rest of your party via the
Family & Friends List, which will come in handy when making
Lightning Lane plans together and even allow you to
view each other's Disney PhotoPass photos.
I just logged into my own account and can see the option to "Reassign Ticket" for my son's upcoming visit, since his plans are managed and shared by my husband and me. I'm also able to view my linked friend's plans, but the button to reassign her ticket is missing since she's an adult and manages her own plans/My Disney Experience account. Your daughter should be able to view her ticket online by hovering over "My Disney Experience" and clicking
"My Plans." She can select the option for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" next to "Daily Itinerary" to confirm everything appears correctly. If she's not seeing the ticket on her end, you can
reach out to a Cast Member by phone for further assistance.
Once you've all arrived in the US, be sure to download the My Disney Experience app and create
Disney Magic Mobile passes. These can be used to enter the parks with linked admission and scan into Lightning Lane entrances with the purchase of Multi Pass or Single Pass. I have Magic Mobile Passes saved on my iPhone for each member of my family as a backup, but they are also free to create their own and enter the parks using a MagicBand+ as well.
