What are the dates and times for the oogie boogie bash. What character meet and greets are at the Disneyland Halloween party.

    Hello, Josh!

Welcome back to planDisney. I am glad that I can answer another question from you! It seems like meeting Disney Characters is a top priority for you when visiting Disney destinations. My family also enjoys saying hello to some of our favorite Disney Characters!

The Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party occurs on most Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in September and October (plus a few days over the last week of August). It takes place from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in Disney California Adventure Park, although party Guests can enter the theme park starting at 3:00 p.m. The Oogie Boogie Bash is sold out this year, unfortunately. Same-day tickets are sometimes available, though. You can stop by a Ticket Booth if you are visiting Disneyland Resort to see if any party tickets are available on the day of your visit. Next year, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and Disneyland social media pages to see when Oogie Boogie Bash tickets go on sale.

Disney Character meet and greets are subject to change at any time. Some Disney Characters that might be available for a photo and a hug include Daisy, Clarabelle & Minnie Mouse as the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus (my favorites!), Radiator Springs Residents (such as Lightning McQueen and Mater), Bruno from Encanto, and King Mickey, Goofy, and Donald Duck from Kingdom Hearts. The area near Carthay Circle often has some fun meet and greets, such as the Sheriff of Nottingham, Captain Hook, and Hans. Additionally, plenty of villains can be found along the Treat Trails! My family is attending Oogie Boogie Bash later this year, and I cannot wait to wave hello to Madam Mim, Judge Doom, and Ernesto de la Cruz.

The event guide includes specific information on Disney Characters, specialty treats, and other activities taking place during the party. Guests can usually view the event guide in the Disneyland mobile app after entering the party. It is very helpful when you are not sure where to begin! My family usually agrees on our main priorities because there is too much to see and do in one night. Watching the Frightfully Fun Parade and exploring the Villians Grove is always at the top of our list!

Josh, I hope you can attend the Oogie Boogie Bash this year! It will be a spooktacular time!
