Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party, the
Disney Parks Blog has posted "Halfway to Halloween" content in late April/early May over the past few years. From what I've seen in prior years, these blogs will cover a bit more detail on what to expect during the spooky season.
As for dates and tickets sales to Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party, again there haven't been official announcements, but from what I've seen the past two years, these tickets have gone on sale closer to mid-to-late summertime.
If you're hoping to buy tickets to this year's event, I would suggest keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the updated news you need to know. When sale dates are announced, I would recommend planning on being online as soon as they start! There is typically a wait and these tickets have sold out the past couple of years.
