What date are Christmas holiday decorations up through?

Hi Teddi!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Holiday Season is my absolute favorite time of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort.  The decorations are breathtaking!  I completely understand why you would like to be able to see the resort decked out in its holiday finest.  I am always amazed at how the decorations are specifically designed to reflect the ambiance and atmosphere of each Resort Hotel or theme park area.

There is not necessarily a specific date when all the holiday decorations are removed.  The decorations will come down gradually beginning in early January.  I would expect the majority of decorations to remain in place through the first weekend in January, and many will remain through Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, which takes place this year from January 8 - 12, 2020.

With your arrival this weekend, you should still be able to get a glimpse of the decorations.  Although most of the holiday entertainment has ended for the season, over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Sunset Seasons Greetings and Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will be shown through January 5, 2020.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.  Enjoy your visit!
