There are a
few different types of date-based tickets. Some ticket types include park hopping or access to the water parks and golfing, while others only allow for one theme park visit per day.
You can find out if your ticket includes park hopping by checking out the
My Disney Experience app. Click the 3 lines at the bottom right corner of your app, then click My Tickets & Passes.
From there, you can find your ticket to see the description. If your ticket includes
park hopping, it should state that in the description. If you’re still not quite sure, I recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line to confirm your ticket type.
If you’re hoping to be able to park hop, but your current ticket doesn’t include that, some ticket types are able to be upgraded. You may see an “upgrade” button in the My Disney Experience app, or you can speak with a Cast Member when calling the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line to see if your ticket is eligible for an upgrade.
It’s good to note that if you upgrade your ticket to include park hopping, park hopping will be added to each day of your ticket. You will not be able to add park hopping to just one day of a multi-day ticket.
