Hello there, Madeline!
Thank you for bringing your
Disneyland Resort question to us here at
planDisney. I’m thrilled you want to plan a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth this fall!
As you may already know, the
Disability Access Service (DAS) program is available to Guests who aren’t able to wait for
attractions in a traditional queue. Cast Members work with Guests individually to discuss specific circumstances and needs. If approved, this program allows the person who requires DAS and their party to receive a return time for attractions based on the current standby wait time.
The best way to inquire is to have a pre-registration video chat before your vacation begins via the link on the
DAS registration page. You may do this as soon as 30 days prior to your visit. Before you start the live chat process, make sure that a
theme park ticket for everyone in your group is linked to your MyDisney account and that you all have a
theme park reservation for the days you plan to visit the parks. If you prefer, you can instead plan to speak with a Cast Member in person to determine your eligibility at an Accessibility Services window after you arrive at the resort.
I hope this information helps you enjoy a magical and memorable vacation, Madeline! Please feel free to write back with more questions as your planning continues.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
