Hi Moms & Dads, DH and I are going to WDW 2/3-2/8 just the 2 of us! Can you recommend a book about the in's and out's of WDW? We would like to explore more than rides also what parks on what days we have a 3 day hopper. This is our 7th visit. Thanks :

    JoAnne,

So I actually write a travel guide to Walt Disney World. But I am going to direct you elsewhere, as I think your specific needs might be elsewhere.

First off, I really adore the Walt Disney World Trivia Guides by Lou Mongello. There are 2 editions, and they add some really interesting context to the parks in a way that is revealing in a positive way, as well as organized in very small, digestible sets of information.

I also like the Guide To the Magic series. Probably better often for kids, it may still give you some great insights.

You can find these at either WDWRadio.com, and GuideToTheMagic.com.

You should also consider some of the Tours in the parks, as they really pull back the curtain in a way that ENHANCES the magic, rather than spoils it for you.

Write me back if you need more specific ideas!

    Have a magical vacation!
