    Hi moms and dads! We have three groups coming for a trip in April. We are staying at CBR and would like to be near each other (same building). While I know it can't be guaranteed, how long before the trip should I call to ask?

    Hello Andrea!   Spring is one of my favorite times to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.   You will even get to visit one of my favorite special events during your stay, the 2018 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.   Epcot will be filled with beautiful topiary displays of beloved characters and outdoor kitchens with delicious small bites will be available throughout the park.   It's a wonderful time of year.

    Andrea, you certainly can call a Disney Vacation Specialist and ask that all of your groups rooms be linked.   For this you will need the confirmation number for each reservation.   Once you call simply as the Cast Member to link them for you and to note your record that you would all like to be in one building if at all possible.    You can do this at any time.  The number to call is (407) 939-1936.  As you said this may not be possible to have your entire group all in one building but they will do the best they can to accomodate you.
