    Hello Moms and Dads!! I am staying at the Polynesian Nov 2013. I am in a standard view room. Is it possible to request a certain area? or block of rooms? If so, any suggestions? I don't want to be stuck with a parking lot view. Thanks!

    If I recall correctly from my most recent trips to the resort, I was able in the Online Check In to request rooms close to the main lobby building (i.e. proximity to amenities) and a ground floor room. But these options have been known to change. What I would recommend you do is do the Online Check In and add comments to that effect, if possible. I would also, when checking in, ask if the room meets those requests. Even with an Online Check In room I have been able to change room location. In November, except in the last week of the month, you should be able to have some options.

    A final step you could take is contact the resort directly. You can fax in a special request directly to 407-824-3174. But do not do it more than 10 days in advance, as they do not get the information transferred to them until that time, so they can't do anything for you until then.
