    Have any of you moms and dads eaten at the Pepper Market lunch buffet? Is it considered a counter service meal? Any suggestions? Should we get off at the El Centro bus stop to get there? Thanks.

    Hi Jaynee!

    Disney's Coronado Springs resort is my absolute favorite hotel on Disney property.  With colonial Mexican themeing, fantastic pool and wonderfully appointed rooms (with Queen sized beds), its no surprise that CS is easily the favorite of many guests.

    Recently, The Pepper Market changed its format from guests being able to request certain meals, such as fajitas and or hamburgers, to a buffet format.  You are able to enjoy the Mexican inspired fare till your hearts content.  The good news is that the buffet does count as Quick service, so it is definitely a deal for those enjoying a meal here.  Traditional foods are available, such as tacos, fajitas, salads, beans, rice...etc, and I've found that the layout works much better than the previous "stamp your ticket" experience. 
    As the Pepper Market is located in El Centro, you would need to take Disney transportation and get off at the El Centro stop.  Once you enter the building, it is down the hallway to your left. 

    Personally, I've never been disappointed with the meals here, and have been known to share my meal as it is quite filling, indeed,.
