    Hi Moms and Dads! We're deciding between Akershus and Cinderella's castle and I was reading that if you have the DDP that there is an extra charge for Prix Fixe menus, does this apply to Cinderella's castle as well?

    Hi, Mary!  If you are using the Disney Dining Plan, Cinderella's Royal Table is considered a signature dining location, and will be two credits to dine there.  Akershus' Princess Storybook meals are only one credit.  So, while you will not have to pay cash out of pocket at Cinderella's Royal Table, it will cost that extra credit.

    In comparing the two dining experiences, you'll find more traditional food at the castle, but more variety at Akershus.  You'll have princesses at both locations, although which ones are subject to change.  If Cinderella is a must see, she is a pretty regular fixture at the castle.
