Hi Mom's and Dad! Just wondering if any of you have seen the pirate themed rooms at CB yet or if there are pictures available? We are staying in one the 1st week of Feb and were hoping to get a sneak peek. Thank you for all of your planning help!

    Ahoy there,

Yes, I actually just saw the pirate themed rooms at Caribbean Beach Resort when I was there a few weeks ago. They are creative and imaginative and I can't wait to stay there with my three pirates. The beds are designed to look like ships and there are some fun details added to almost every inch of the room including the carpet.

I am not aware of any actual photographs on WDW's site yet but there is a artist drawing found at http://http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/resorts/roomsDetail?id=CaribbeanBeachResortGuestRoomsListingPage. There are a limited number of these rooms available and there is a upgrade in price so be sure to indicate this as your room choice when booking your reservations. Information regarding cost and availability can obtained by calling 407-W-Disney or 407-934-7639.

On a side note, the pool area has also been recently refurbished at the Caribbean Beach Resort and is very nice. There is a great zero entry pool area with a pirate ship and spraying water and some great slides. Hope you have a swashbuckling good time.
