    My dad and sister are running in the Disney Marathon in January. My dad purchased tickets for my family to be there to watch! However, due to financial difficulty, we are not able to go. Can he get a refund on the tickets and, if not, will they expire?

    Hi Katrina,

    I am sorry that you will not be able to attend the Disney marathon as it is a fun event. Unfortunately, you will not be able to receive a refund on the tickets. However, as long as the tickets have not been used, they will not expire until 14 days after the first time they are used unless you have a no expiration option.

    Hopefully, your family will have the opportunity to visit the Walt Disney World Resorts soon!
