    My dad is a retired DoD Civilian. He purchased MYW tickets for our party, including him. Does he qualify for discounted Memory Maker?

    I am happy to hear you and your family plan on visiting Walt Disney World Resort in the future, so fun! As a military family, I am thankful for all the offers provided to service members and their families. Let's break down the available offers:

    • Discounted MYW Tickets: These can be purchased through Shades of Green Resort or your nearest military base. They come "active", meaning you do not need to visit Guest Relations before entering your first theme park to activate. You do need to make Theme Park Pass Reservations using your My Disney Experience app.
    • Disney Military Salute Tickets: This offer is available for active duty service members, retirees, and 100% disabled Veterans only. They can also be purchased at Shades of Green or your nearest military base. These tickets will need to be activated at Guest Relations upon arrival, as well as making Theme Park Pass Reservations. 
    • Disney Military Resort Offers: These offers are available at select Disney Resorts, and only to service members who qualify for Disney Military Salute Tickets. 
    • Memory Maker: This offer is only available to Service Members who qualify for the Disney Military Salute Tickets. This can be purchased at Guest Relations for $98 (prices are subject to change).
    Unfortunately, DoD Civilians do not qualify for the Memory Maker discount. However, the best value for Memory Maker would be to purchase in advance, it is currently priced at $185. If you only want to purchase Memory Maker for one day, it is currently $75. Prices are subject to change.
