My dad bought 3 Disney tickets and when I went to scan the code onto the app only 2 tickets showed up? Is the third invalid or do I have to bring the receipt to Disney for proof of third ticket?

Welcome to planDisney, Henry! Your magical Walt Disney World Resort visit is approaching, and it sounds like technology is rearing its villainous head. Let's look at some heroic measures to get your theme park tickets ready for use!

Since I can't be sure which tickets your dad bought, I can only speculate what the issue might be. My best advice is to contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 or the Existing Tickets line so the Cast Members can access your account and make sure the tickets have been assigned correctly. My tip is to do this before you arrive so you can spend every minute in the parks!

If you'd like to troubleshoot first, check that everyone in your party is linked through Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience accounts. In your app, tap the three lines at the bottom right and scroll to "Profile." Toggle at the top of your account page to "Family & Friends List" to make sure everyone is linked.

Another possibility is that your dad might need to reassign the ticket to one of the guests in your party. He can do that in his mobile app by tapping "My Tickets & Passes" and scrolling through the tickets. If a ticket can be reassigned to a linked guest, there will be a "Reassign Ticket" option under the ticket.

Your idea of bringing along the proof of purchase is excellent since having all pertinent information handy for Guest Relations always helps. I'm wishing on a star that you can straighten out your tickets and have a magical time!

Henry, I'm sprinkling pixie dust your way so you'll enjoy a glitch-free visit! Please stop by planDisney if you have any more questions.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
