how and where can i get a customize letter for my kids telling them they will be going to Disney World ? is for their Christmas present .

    Hi Andrea!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! The moment of a big reveal for an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation surprise is so special. I'm not afraid to admit that videos that float around the internet of these experiences get me every single time. It's going to be so great when your kids realize, "We're going to visit Mickey Mouse!"

There isn't currently a program where Walt Disney World Resort ships out a letter announcing your vacation, just a simple confirmation email. I recommend a program called PicMonkey.com to create something that would fit your exact reveal plans. They have all sorts of interesting fonts and graphics to make your letter look interesting and even I have found their user interface to be fairly simple to navigate. I'm definitely not a "techie" and I figured it out rather quickly.

I hope that is helpful. Have a marvellously merry Christmas season. Please come back and visit us if you have any other questions in the new year. We love to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
