Welcome to planDisney! As someone who loves to have more than one
Disney World vacation countdown going at any given time, I’m happy to help you out!
Despite having more than one Disney World vacation in the works, you will only need one
My Disney Experience account. Each trip will be linked to your account, so you can see the details and plan all of your trips in one easy place. Once you have both trips linked to your account, when looking at the My Plans section online or on your
My Disney Experience app, you’ll be able to see two distinct trips as you scroll.
If you’ll be traveling with a different group each time, you’ll want to be linked to everyone via your
Family & Friends List. Once you’re linked to each member of your travel party for both trips, you will be able to choose which plans each person can see in their My Disney Experience app. You can choose to share all of your plans or just the plans you’ll be doing together.
For example, I have one trip with my family later this year and one trip with my friends. I’m connected to all of them via my Family & Friends List, but I’ve changed my settings so that my friends can only see the plans I make for the trip with them. They cannot see the plans I have during my family’s trip.
To do so, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your My Disney Experience app, then scroll down to click Profile. At the top of the screen, click Family & Friends List. You can see who you’re already connected to and add a guest if needed. Once you’re connected, you can click on the person’s name from the Family & Friends List, then choose which plans you’d like to share.
