What is currently in the space that used to be the Pocahontas & her Forest Friends show at Animal Kingdom? Thanks, Amy

    Hi Amy,

My family was so disappointed to hear Pocahontas and her furry friends were no longer appearing at Animal Kingdom's Camp Minnie and Mickey. We loved watching the training shows where they explained how they worked with the animals and trained them for the show.

As of a few weeks ago, when I was last there, the space was currently not being used for any guest related shows or activities. I am not sure if the space is being used for other "off-scene" things or even being refurbished, as it is not a space that can be easily seen from the main guest areas. It was my understanding that the show was being discontinued but could make a return appearance in the future if Disney felt there was a need or interest. I am hoping the space is sitting, waiting for Pocahontas and Meeko to return.
