I currently have a resort stay at All Star Music and but have learned they won't be open during our stay on July 16-19 of 2020. What are my options? Will I be moved to an open resort? We have park pass reservations and don't want to lose them.

It’s so good to see you here again, Julie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I’m excited to hEAR you are fine tuning your vacation details because your trip is just around the river bend! And the fact that you have already made your Disney Park Pass system reservations makes me incredibly giddy! Just think, Julie; in a few days, you’ll be walking down Main Street, U.S.A. or on your way to enjoy EPCOT’s World Showcase

With Disney implementing safety measures, they have decided to open certain Resort hotels sooner than others. Accordion to the Update on Disney Resort Hotels Reopening page, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort is not yet set to open. Disney will continue to evaluate the situation and reopen more locations when the time is right. I don’t want you to worry about missing out on your Disney Park Pass system reservations, Julie. If your Resort hotel is unavailable during your travel dates, a Cast Member will reach out to give you the option to move to another available Resort hotel. At the moment, I’m told the wonderful Cast Members are assisting Guests with check out dates on or before July 11th. I’m sure they’ll be adding more dates soon for Guests arriving after that.

Julie, I know life without Disney’s All-Star Music Resort would simply “B Flat,” and Cast Members there can't wait to welcome you “Bach” to the magic when the time is right! I like to sing “Hakuna Matata” when plans change a little bit, but rest assured, you’re sure to have an amazing return to the magic

Julie, I hope you have the most magical time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
